By creating an account or using BloomPetz you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter a contract where you live, to hold an account. BloomPetz is intended for adults; if a family uses it together, an adult must control the account.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@bloompetz.com if you believe someone else has accessed it.

Please keep the email address on your account current — it is how we send password resets and important notices.

BloomPetz is a record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device and it does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Reminders, milestones, schedules and any guidance in the app are general information only and may be incomplete or wrong for your animal. Always consult a qualified veterinarian about your pet’s health, and never delay seeking veterinary care because of something you read here.

In an emergency, contact your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital immediately.

Your pets’ records, photos and journal entries are yours. You keep ownership of everything you upload.

You give us permission to store, copy and display that content only so far as we need to in order to operate BloomPetz for you — for example storing a photo so we can show it back to you, or sharing a journal entry with a breeder when you choose to share it. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not sell it.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.

BloomPetz lets a breeder share records with you and message you. That is all we do.

Any agreement about a pet — purchase, deposit, health guarantee, contract terms, guardianship or anything else — is strictly between you and your breeder. BloomPetz is not a party to it, does not verify breeders, does not hold funds, and is not responsible for what a breeder does or fails to do.

Documents and contracts shown in BloomPetz are provided by your breeder. We do not check them for accuracy or enforceability.

When using BloomPetz you agree not to:

Some BloomPetz features are labelled Pro. Pro access is currently granted through a connected breeder rather than sold inside the app, and there is no charge to you.

Features described as coming soon are not guaranteed, and may change or be dropped. If we introduce paid plans in future we will tell you before any charge applies, and you will be able to decline.

BloomPetz is offered as-is and is still developing. We may add, change or remove features, and the service may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

We try hard to keep your data safe, but please do not rely on BloomPetz as the only copy of anything important. Keep your own copies of documents and photos that matter to you.

You can stop using BloomPetz at any time, and you can delete your account from your profile under Account & security. Deletion is permanent.

If you would rather we did it for you, email support@bloompetz.com from the address on your account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you first.

To the extent the law allows, BloomPetz is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or loss arising from your relationship with a breeder or from veterinary decisions.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app or by email where the change materially affects you. Continuing to use BloomPetz after a change means you accept the updated terms.
